Webb6 aug. 2024 · We've just had an electrician in (bit of a disaster if you saw my other thread) who changed the shower pull cord. The previous cord had jammed and when we put the new switch on the old cable was quite badly melted where it went into the switch (I say we as I was sent up to the loft to push more cable through the hole). They look great but aren’t functional and it would be a massive upheaval now to pull it up and swap it out as it’s cemented down and tiled in.
