The only way I can open them is by opening Excel, then going to browse, then finding the file in the correct Dropbox folder. A few weeks ago, everything was working correctly. When I handed it over at a UPS drop-off point it was scanned and taken over the counter. Webb0 STARS FOR THIS AWFUL COMPANY. I would give 0 stars but that isn't an option. UPS is an awful company - their people, service and values. They failed to deliver and lost/damaged my products - worth £30k!! The products they claimed to have 'lost' were sold to an Auction House and they profited from my small business.
