Web28 de mar. de 2024 · Bloods were ok apart from an underactive thyroid and FIT was well under at 4 but my Calprotectin result is 1056. I had a consultation with a private entrologist last Saturday - I think he was a little non-plussed with such a high reading with the other results being normal. I have a colonoscopy booked this Thursday afternoon. Web420 isn't super high but you can definitely get diagnosed with IBD with a lower calprotectin result. I've had somewhat similar symptoms as OP and had a calprotectin result of around 210. Colonoscopy showed mild chronic inflammation in the rectum but otherwise was totally clean. Doc promptly after diagnosed me with mild ulcerative proctitis.
