WebAug 20, 2024 · This is a beautiful little village by the water on the north shore. It is fairly close to Quebec City and a great place to visit on a Quebec tour. It is by far the best place in all of Quebec to see whales. I have personally been on a tour in Tadoussac aboard a zodiac and we saw at least 30-40 fin whales, as well as a blue whale and a beluga.
